"A sincere thanks to a custom home builder that in our opinion should be setting the standards for the homebuilding contractor of today! In most cases, being out of state and over 380 miles away, it would be very hard to have a custom home built and feel at ease with all that is going on with the construction process. But thanks to Mike and Dora Smith of RCS Construction and their professional work ethics, it has been a great experience. They have taken care of all the phone calls and scheduling for the surveying, the land clearing and digging for the foundation, the septic system, as well as getting approval from the home owners association. Mike had made many good suggestions along the way, many of them we liked and included in our plans. Dora seems to find the time during her busy day to go out and take pictures of our house in different stages of construction from the ground clearing to completion and sends them to us by way of Email, so we could follow the progress of the building of our home. All we can say is 'Thank you, Mike and Dora and the RCS Construction crew.' Our house project was fun and as relaxing as it could possibly be." |
